Encounter weekends are an opportunity to spend time in God's presence, allow Him to work deeper in your life and have fellowship with others. They are a safe place to deal with issues from the past, receive inner healing and prayer ministry.

Encounter weekends are for everyone, and attendance is a requirement for those who hope to serve in a ministry team (worship team etc) at Glasgow Elim. The central theme of the weekend is the cross of Jesus. There is teaching on why He died, and how His death allows for freedom from our past hurts, pains, strongholds, addictions and habits.  You will begin to use the tools God has given us to apply the power of the cross to our lives.
